Orange County Fencing

The sales guy (Rich) and the owner (Tony) both came out to give us an estimate. We'd gotten estimates from two other vinyl fencing companies and a wood fencing company and the price we got with Rich and Tony beat each of those estimates by $4000-$6000. We signed the contract on the spot (though they didn't pressure me to do so) and they called three weeks later to get started.

They removed the old fence, and carefully separated my neighbors plants and pool controls from the wood fence, then put up the vinyl fence. They worked neatly and completed the job on schedule.

One neighbor refused to allow us to replace the fence we shared with her so we put that portion of the fence on our property instead of the property line. There were trees near the fence and Tony was still able to thread the new fence into the space between the old fence and the trees. We are really pleased with the looks and quality of the new fence, and with the price and service we got from SoCal Vinyl and Wood Fencing. We'd recommend them highly.

"From initial contact, everything about this company is thorough and professional. Unlike other companies we contacted that wanted to give us prices over the phone, SoCal Vinyl came to our home for free to measure and give us a price on the spot. Another company took 3 weeks to get back to us with a price. They are extremely competitive and gave us the choice of 2 different vinyl manufacturers. Our vinyl fence was installed 2 weeks after our initial contact, and since our home is on a corner lot, they brought a big enough crew to complete the job in only one day. They answered all of our nit-picky questions, hand-held us through the process, and sent the best crew who was nice, professional and cleaned up everything beautifully. We've had our vinyl fence for almost a month now and it is the best money I've ever spent on my home. After dealing with other fencing companies in the past (for quotes and the fence on the other side of our home), I will never use or recommend anyone other than SoCal Vinyl.

"It turned out great! They were very efficient and did exactly what they said they would do and in the time frame they said. Also, they were competitively priced.

"Rich came out and gave an estimate. He was very professional and pleasant and it wasn't a hard sell at all. We took a little time to approve it, and the quote was very competitive with the others we received. I gave the OK a few weeks later, and Rich came out again to re-measure since I wanted a minor change and he wanted to ensure that everything was written down properly. Installation came about two weeks later (one week ahead of what I was told) and in one and a half day it was all done. The installation team worked well and was very courteous. Actually they went above and beyond since the installation necessitated some major re-routing of the sprinkler piping system and they ended up charging me a flat fee of $300 even though it was much more involved than all of us expected. I am very satisfied with the result, and as a bonus Rich came back out the day after to check on things to ensure all went well. Excellent service.

"Built a front yard 3-feet vinyl fence of about 90-100 feet and re-routed sprinklers.

"Showed up on time. workers friendly, efficient and very neat. Took down three gates and replaced with two lattice top white vinyl gates. Sawed off old bolts from stucco and filled spots. Filled old post hole with cement. Hand cleaned new gates for spots and smudges. Was contacted by provider after completion of work to see if I was happy with work and product. I LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL NEW GATES. Would definitely use on any future fencing needs.

"Gave estimate on two gates (cost saving ideas and style choices) Punctual., informative with no pressure.

"I wanted to write and express my gratitude to you and your team for everyone’s hard and outstanding work. My girlfriend Rachael and I could not be happier with the fence and gate that you guys built for us.

Your team has been working in our community for a couple of weeks now and the new fences are making a real difference throughout our neighborhood. I have spoke to several neighbors who are also very thrilled with the new fences, as well as the extra attention to detail they have noticed on the part of your team. They are all so professional and clearly very experienced,
and this shows in the quality of each fence that gets installed.

At our house we had a need to remove a couple of trees as part of the process of removing and replacing a fence and gate, and your team was willing to adjust their schedule and remove the old gate prior to the tree removal process, which made the entire process go much smoother. It was not an easy demolition, but your team worked extremely hard to get it handled prior to the tree company’s arrival. Your team continued to accommodate us by further adjusting the schedule to rebuild our fence right away, so that it was completed before the weekend. One of your installers was here on Saturday morning to finish the job, and it was clear that he was very dedicated to his work and was committed to completing the job and making sure the quality of his work was second to none.

Please know that I would be thrilled to be a reference for your company at any time and will happily show our fences to any potential customer that is considering your company. I know they will be quite impressed if they come to our community here at Vista Del Oro!

"I shopped around for products & prices and SoCal Vinyl had the best of both. Not to mention I had many custom requests which they met all of them that the other guys wouldn't do. Don't mistake SoCal for their size as the quality of work is just like the big guys with less overhead. I highly recommend SoCal Vinyl to anyone looking for any kind of fence!

I had a terribly old fence that was original to the house built in 1971. Tony from Socal Fencing came out and gave an estimate of the job. My job was a little more expensive due to the fact that I not only had to demo out an old rotted wooden fence, but also behind it was a chainlink and tons of Ivy. Tony came in at a very competitive price and quoted redwood instead of cedar. I got a far superior product than the other companies were offering.

I also liked the fact that they use brackets for the framing rather than hammering nails at an angle. After he explained all the differences to me and I did my due diligence I decided to give them a chance and accepted his bid.The day the work was supposed to commence he showed up on time with a crew and all the materials. He was went over with me exactly how I wanted things to look and they started the demolition. I went off to work and let him know to call me if they needed me to answer any questions. He and his crew worked during the day and when I got home I could not have been more thrilled. The old fence was gone and all the framing was up. There were 61 feet plus an additional 10 and 2 gates. They did a great job grading the land and working around an old stump in my yard.

The next day he was again right on time 7.30AM and went over the framing with me before it was final. He showed me all they were planning and how they had lagged into the wall on one gate, but thought that they shouldnt lag into other exterior wall because it was too thin. He also went over details of how I wanted the gates to swing open and the overall look and feel.

I left for work and came back during lunch. The work was nearly complete and it looked awesome. They just finished up now as and I joined here just to write them a great review. He gave me a great deal and was very professional about the whole thing. All the workers he brought on site were great, and very nice. They all took time to show me what they were doing and explain it to me.

You could tell that they took tons of pride in their work. I could not be happier with my decision and they come highly recommended. I would not hesitate to use them again.
